What you'll work on

Private, semi-private and group padel lessons in Dubai

Private 1-on-1 coaching gives you your coach's full attention, the fastest way to improve. Semi-private suits two friends training together, and group coaching keeps costs down in a social setting. All sessions run on our climate-controlled indoor courts in Al Quoz, and our Pro Shop stocks rackets, balls, shoes and apparel when you're ready for your own gear.

Grip, footwork and shot selection, from your first forehand to the bandeja, víbora and chiquita.

Court positioning, playing off the glass, reading your opponents and working as a pair.

Do I need my own racket?

No. We provide a racket and balls for your first session. Our Pro Shop has rackets and gear if you want your own later.

I've never played. Is coaching right for me?

Yes. Coaching is the quickest way to start. Your coach begins with the basics and builds from there, at your pace.

When can I book a session?

Coaching runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Message us with the days and times that suit you and we'll find a slot.

What's the difference between private, semi-private and group?

Private is one player with one coach. Semi-private is two players with one coach. Group is three or four players, priced per person.

Do packages save money?

Yes. A 10-session private package works out at AED 320 per session instead of AED 390. See all packages in the prices above.

Where is the club?

Sanddune Padel Club is in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai. All courts are indoor and air-conditioned.
