Booking your celebration is quick and easy:

1️⃣ Initial Inquiry – Call us to check your preferred date
2️⃣ Facility Tour – Optional visit to explore the venue
3️⃣ Package Selection – Choose your package and theme
4️⃣ Deposit Payment – 60% due one week before the event
5️⃣ Final Payment – 2 days before the event
6️⃣ Event Day – Arrive and enjoy while we take care of everything!

📅 Planning Timeline

We make the process smooth from start to finish:

3 weeks before event:
Confirm date and theme, send out invitations

2 weeks before event:
Pay 60% deposit and confirm guest count

Event Day:
Arrive early for setup (we prepare 2 hours prior), enjoy food, games, and perfect photo opportunities!

📋 Terms & Conditions

• Packages include 12 kids minimum
• 60% deposit required two weeks prior to event
• 30-min pack-up time after event
• No outside food permitted
• Special cake designs beyond standard themes may have additional costs

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refund if canceled at least 2 weeks in advance
• 25% charge for cancellations 1 week prior
• 50% charge for cancellations 1 day prior
